Reporting a display or measurement issue
Include the browser you used (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), your operating system, monitor model, and the refresh rate behavior you observed. For motion or pacing discrepancies, mention your GPU model and whether VSYNC or G-Sync/FreeSync was active.
Please do not send passwords or other sensitive personal information. Hardware telemetry and browser details are all that are needed.
Need display calibration advice?
For hardware overclocking or warranty RMA replacement decisions, ask your monitor retailer or manufacturer to verify your panel specifications. We can help explain how our refresh rate detection and frame pacing calculations work, but cannot replace physical hardware diagnostics.
